Temporary Issue with Patient Intake Resolved

Jan 31st 7:00PM - 11:00 PM Eastern: Patients reported being unable to complete the intake process for certain forms. The problem was identified as the MedFiller bot prevention firewall abruptly terminating patient intake sessions during the final step of intake process (form submission and file upload). This briefly prevented patients to fully complete their portion of the form.
